INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DIVISION / INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ADMINISTRATION/ PROJECTS & PROCUREMENT BRANCH


This position will work under the direction of the Information Technology Manager II.


The IT Contracts Analyst is responsible for IT contracting, procurement execution, and administration of complex and major IT equipment, systems, services, and supplies within the Department of Parks and Recreations (DPR) delegation authority. The incumbent provides expert consultative and administrative support for complex information technology projects including purchasing & procurement of IT services, billing support, budget analysis, IT purchasing policy and program development, business analysis, research and development, strategic planning, and product and delivery strategy. Duties include, but are not limited to, all aspects relating to contracting, procurement, billing, vendor management, and software licensing management of IT and non-IT goods and services.


This position is part of the Business Technology Management domain of Information Technology.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

This position is designated as telework eligible-remote centered.
