IT SpecialistOnsite position.Salary range $40K-$60K***Hours: 2:30pm - 10:00pm The IT Specialist serves as the primary technical support contact for end users. This role provides hands-on and remote support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues.Responsibilities include guiding users through step-by-step solutions, resolving issues in person, by phone, remotely, or through ticket requests, and escalating problems when needed. The specialist installs, diagnoses, repairs, maintains, and upgrades hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance. Strong troubleshooting skills, responsiveness, and adherence to support procedures are essential.Required ExperienceMinimum 2+ years supporting end usersExperience with PC hardware troubleshooting, repair, and technical support (phone and remote support required)EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate’s degree in a computer-related field preferred
