Information Technology Support Engineer Apply
Job Description Exciting Tier 2/3 Helpdesk position with is available with one of our IT consultancy clients. The position is based out of the Denver area. They are looking for someone with strong tier 2/3 experience with exposure to virtualization, windows, Linux, and excellent customer service skills. Required Skills & Experience

- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- Previous tier 2/3 support experience
- Window and Linux OS experience
- Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Autotask / Datto RMM ticketing system experience
- Strong communication skills
- Previous MSP experience
