IT Support SpecialistWe’re looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team and help ensure our users, systems, and networks run smoothly. If you enjoy solving technical problems, supporting end users, and working across a wide range of IT responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you.Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and speak Dutch to a C1 level. What You’ll DoProvide hands-on and remote support to users for corporate hardware and software issuesPerform initial diagnostics and resolve day-to-day hardware and software problemsRestore devices and systems to full working order (excluding complex or major repairs)Set up and configure new laptops and desktop computers (Windows and macOS)Install and connect office equipment such as printers and scanners to company networksCheck and, where necessary, configure network equipment to ensure reliable operationCoordinate the repair process for faulty equipment and verify functionality upon returnSupport equipment purchasing by helping define requirements and receiving deliveriesManage user accounts across company information systemsConfigure user access rights and permissions for IT resourcesMonitor equipment performance, network operations, and user activityCreate clear and helpful user guides to support effective use of systems and software What You’ll NeedDegree in Information Technology or a related field5+ years of experience in a technical IT role with broad responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including installation and administrationExperience with virtualization of computing resourcesHands-on experience configuring and supporting engineering software (CAD, PLM, CFD, etc.)Solid knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)Experience setting up and managing network equipment (switches, firewalls)Ability to support remote users using remote access tools and communication platformsFluency in English & Dutch Why Join Us?You’ll work in a dynamic environment with varied technical challenges, modern tools, and the opportunity to make a real impact on how people work every day.
