IT Helpdesk Support Engineer A rapidly growing, innovation-driven company in the medical technology space is looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to own and scale internal IT operations across hardware, software, and network systems. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related operations across the enterpriseManage day-to-day IT needs, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, servers, and network devicesOversee onboarding/offboarding, account creation, and asset managementDesign, deploy, and secure internal network infrastructure (VPN, firewalls, endpoint security)Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, including antivirus, SOC tools, and data protection strategiesSupport cloud integrations and specialized infrastructure (e.g., for digital imaging or machine vision systems)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable technical operationsManage IT procurement and vendor relationshipsContinuously evaluate systems and recommend upgrades to support growthWhat You Bring (Qualifications): 5+ years in IT support, systems/network administration, or related rolesStrong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux environmentsExperience supporting Google or Microsoft 365Experience troubleshooting racks, serversExperience writing IT policiesExperience with Red Team OpsProficiency in networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), security protocols, and endpoint protectionExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google CloudFamiliarity with scripting, automation, and modern DevOps tools (e.g., Docker – a plus!)Ability to work independently while collaborating across teamsExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skillsStartup or small company experience a big plusCertifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or relevant security credentials are a bonus
