This is an exciting opportunity to provide first-line support across a mixed technology environment, supporting both legacy on-premise systems and modern Azure/cloud-based platforms.As a key member of the Support Services team, you will deliver high-quality technical support to internal users, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will also take part in an on-call rota to provide remote support outside standard working hours, in line with business requirements.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Be Doing as an IT Support TechnicianProviding first-line technical support via phone, email, remote tools, and IT Service Management systemsLogging, categorising, and prioritising tickets in line with SLAsTroubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and account-related issuesManaging the full lifecycle of corporate iPhones and iPads (provisioning, configuration, support, decommissioning)Using MDM tools (e.g., Intune or Jamf) to maintain secure and compliant mobile device configurationsEscalating complex issues to senior or 2nd/3rd line teams where appropriateKeeping users informed throughout the lifecycle of their requestMaintaining accurate documentation and contributing to the knowledge baseParticipating in an on-call rota and responding to priority incidents within agreed timeframesSupporting continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with IT and security policiesWhat We’re Looking For as an IT Support TechnicianExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk roleTechnical KnowledgeMicrosoft Windows and Microsoft 365Active Directory / Azure AD account administrationBasic networking and remote access troubleshootingiOS device support (iPhones/iPads)ITSM and remote support tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BeyondTrust, Cherwell)ITIL Foundation v4 certification (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.Key Skills & AttributesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving abilityCustomer-focused and empathetic approachHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities under pressureComfortable working independently and collaborativelyProcess-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvementWillingness to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotaWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative IT team that values professionalism, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
