The position focuses on assisting participants with mobile phone setup and porting, configuring and pairing Apple Watch devices, installing required applications, and ensuring proper device functionality and data synchronization.The individual troubleshoots basic mobile and wearable device issues, provides clear user guidance, and documents setup completion while maintaining strict compliance with data privacy, security, and study protocols. The role requires strong customer service skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail, preferably within clinical research or healthcare technology environments.Experience of 0–2 years (or equivalent training/education) is typical, along with familiarity in mobile device management (MDM) systems and participant-facing support.
