Provide onsite desktop support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Manage incidents through to resolution while ensuring excellent customer service. Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) and deskside support activities. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for laptops and desktops. Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows operating systems. Deploy, manage, and maintain desktop images, software, updates, and patches. Support remote management of desktop devices using enterprise tools. Work with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. Administer and manage devices using Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Provide support for Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, Microsoft Teams/Lync, and mobile devices. Monitor antivirus compliance and endpoint security. Configure and maintain printers and scanners. Troubleshoot Active Directory-related issues. Provide VIP deskside support when required. Perform Smart Hands & Feet support for IT infrastructure. Support software deployment, inventory management, and reporting through SCCM. Experience supporting macOS devices and tablets is an advantage. Qualifications 2–4 years of onsite IT support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. Experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Experience using ServiceNow or another ITSM platform. Good understanding of Active Directory. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
