  • Location: Milledgeville, GA 31062
  • Duration: 8 months contract
  • Interview: Web Cam interview only


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite IT technical support to end users
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and Surface Pro devices
  • Support MS Office 365, VPN, Adobe, McAfee, LogMeIn, and encryption tools
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware
  • Support printers, scanners, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals
  • Work in an Active Directory domain environment (password resets, user access)
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting using command-line tools


Required Skills:

  • Desktop / IT Technical Support experience
  • Active Directory support
  • Office 365 & VPN troubleshooting
  • Hardware and peripheral support
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
