IT Training Manager | Boston, MA - Hybrid (4 Days On-Site) | $110,000 - $150,000 A long-established Boston-based professional services firm is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead onboarding, training, and continuous education across the organization. This is a high-impact role in a lean, collaborative environment—ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, visibility, and direct engagement with end-users. About the Role You’ll design and deliver firmwide training programs, support new software rollouts, and ensure a seamless experience for attorneys and staff.
