Job Profile Summary
Position Purpose:
Guides the oversight of activities managed by a delivery pod / application team while adhering to agile practices and disciplines. Works closely with Product Owners to ensure that delivery pod / application team members are working on the highest priority work items defined within their respective roadmaps. Prepares deliverables and artifacts that highlight the progress accomplished by delivery pods / application teams (velocity, sprint and feature burn ups / burn downs, cumulative flow reports, etc.) and presents those artifacts as needed. Provides hands-on coaching to support the adoption of agile practices and identifying opportunity areas for continuous improvement.

Education/Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 4 6 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:
One or more of the following skills are desired.

Knowledge of Agile Leadership; Agile Management; Agile Software Development; Agile Testing; Project Management; Software Development Life Cycle
Experience with JIRA; Project Management; Stakeholder Management; User Story

Soft Skills:
Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty

License/Certification:
SAFe Scrum Master Certification Certified Agile Practitioner, or equivalent certifications required
