This role will involve gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements while ensuring infrastructure processes and integrations are optimized for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, infrastructure systems, quality assurance, reporting, and process improvement, and a passion for driving efficiency and value in IT operations. Job Title: Infra Business Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ (On-site) Duration: 6 months The Infra Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Infra Business Analyst will collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to define configuration specifications, analyze system requirements, and ensure seamless integration across systems. Key Responsibilities: Define configuration specifications and detailed business analysis requirements. Perform quality assurance and validate technical deliverables against business expectations. Define and manage reporting and alerting requirements to ensure visibility and accountability. Own and develop relationships with key partners to optimize and enhance system integrations. Help design, document, and maintain system processes, workflows, and functional documentation. Report on common sources of technical issues or recurring questions, providing actionable recommendations to the product team. Communicate key insights, findings, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and the product team. Constantly seek ways to improve infrastructure monitoring, issue discovery, and customer value delivery. Work collaboratively across IT, infrastructure, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. The Infra Business Analyst will also assist in identifying performance bottlenecks, recommending automation opportunities, and ensuring alignment between IT and business goals.
