Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 64 people responsible for the delivery of IT infrastructure-managed services.

Oversee the transition from the incumbent vendor
Ensure that all SLAs are met.

Develop and implement service delivery plans.

Monitor and manage service performance .

Identify and resolve service delivery issues .

Manage the budget for the service delivery team .

Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders .

Report on service delivery performance to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
8+ years of experience in IT-managed services, with a focus on service delivery
4+ years of experience in project management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure space (Compute, Network, Databases, Storage, Disaster Recovery, Azure Cloud)
Ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with ITIL and other relevant IT service management frameworks
Experience with managing SLAs
