We are seeking a technical, strategic, and proactive professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively in complex, multicultural environments.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and oversee on-premises and cloud IT environments (IaaS and PaaS), including data centers, LAN/SD-WAN networks, servers, storage, and backup systems, ensuring high availability and compliance with global standards.Implement and monitor information security policies, including data protection, access control, encryption, and vulnerability management, ensuring adherence to regulations such as LGPD and ISO 27001.Support IT service management with a focus on resilience and business continuity, interfacing with vendors, monitoring SLAs, and assisting with governance and budget control (CAPEX/OPEX).Provide advanced technical support in resolving critical incidents, serving as a key liaison between technology and business teams.Maintain and optimize critical corporate applications, including SAP ERP, non-SAP systems, and other essential operational platforms.Contribute to strategic initiatives related to cloud computing, cybersecurity, automation (RPA), artificial intelligence, and data analytics.Monitor infrastructure and security performance metrics, recommending continuous improvements.Document processes, architectures, and best practices to strengthen IT governance.Requirements and preferred experience:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience in infrastructure administration, networking, and information security.Experience with hybrid environments and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Background managing critical environments and supporting high-availability operations.Knowledge of security frameworks and standards.Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, AWS, or similar.Experience with SAP and corporate system integrations.Languages:Advanced English (mandatory) — ability to operate in a global corporate environment.Intermediate Spanish — to support Latin American operations.Skills, Abilities and knowledge:Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills.High sense of accountability, particularly within security-critical environments.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in dynamic settings.Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborative profile with experience working across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.Proactive, resilient, and oriented toward continuous improvement.Strong commitment to quality, operational stability, and technological advancement.We offer you:Benefits: medical and life insurance, food basket (or card), canteen at the factoryProfit Sharing ProgramHybrid work scheduleWork environment that harbors a culture of collaboration and communityLearning and development opportunitiesWork Environment / Location / FlexibilitySVP Worldwide offers a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
