As an Infrastructure Engineer Sr, Platform Engineering Team, within PNC's Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH/Cleveland OH or Birmingham AL. You will be part of the Business Office Platform Network Engineering team focused on: Designing and implementing a network infrastructure based on PNC's requirements. Creating, updating and following industry and defined PNC networking standards. Procuring, installing and configuring network hardware (e.g. routers, switches). Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability. Providing advanced level network infrastructure support. Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems. Collaborating with other PNC professionals to design and implement secure networks. Conducting regular network maintenance, including updating software and hardware. Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures. Providing network engineering support and training to other team members and peer groups. Cisco certifications in CCNA or CCNP is highly desired.
