Link Technologies (), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for an onsite, contract position in Everett, MA.
This is an onsite role in a professional, customer-facing environment. The setting requires regular interaction with leadership, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Candidates must be comfortable operating in a polished, business-oriented atmosphere where professionalism, communication, and presentation are essential. Business attire is required, and the role demands a strong executive presence, as you will represent both the PMO and Link Technologies in daily interactions.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a technical project management environment
5+ years managing IT infrastructure projects involving network switch replacements, cabling, and hardware installations
Proven experience coordinating vendors, low-voltage teams, and internal network/telecom groups
Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals: switching, rack/stack, patching, cutovers, and onsite deployment workflows
Ability to work independently and self-manage in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to represent a PMO with professionalism and credibility in face-to-face environments
Comfortable working in a customer-facing setting requiring business attire and a strong executive presence
Duties and Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and execute project management plans aligned with PMO methodologies and organizational standards
Manage day-to-day project activities including scheduling, vendor coordination, hardware delivery tracking, and onsite installation oversight
Coordinate with internal network engineering, telecom, desktop, and facilities teams to ensure alignment on design, configuration, and deployment sequencing
Oversee vendor performance to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and quality expectations
Conduct onsite walkthroughs, validate installation readiness, and ensure all physical hardware work meets specifications
Identify risks proactively, communicate impacts clearly, and drive mitigation strategies
Monitor budget, labor, and material costs; elevate variances as needed
Prepare and deliver status reports covering milestones, risks, budget, and key issues
Ensure all deliverables meet acceptance criteria and obtain stakeholder signoff
Serve as the primary onsite PMO representative, maintaining professionalism and building strong stakeholder relationships
