Position Title - Infrastructure Support Engineer

Location - New Jersey

Work Mode - Hybrid(3 Days from office)

Position 1 - one engineer with strong hardware experience and some software experience

PFB Job description-

Total 7+ years of experience :

• Linux: Proficiency in various distributions (ubuntu, centOS, ) is expected.
• Knowledge of RAID levels, experienced with hardware recovery procedures.
• Familiarity with mdadm for managing software RAID arrays on Linux, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• gRPC and GraphQL: Understanding these protocols for efficient service communication and API design
• Experience with storage on Linux via USB, SATA, PCIe, etc
• Experience designing resilient, maintainable hardware systems
• Maintenance of Rack-Mounted Systems : Routine checks, power management, firmware updates
• Basic Security Practices: Understanding firewalls, VPNs, and securing Linux servers.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across many teams
• Experience writing documents in english - especially technical documentation
• Comfortable executing in an asynchronous hybrid environment

• A desire to work with a respectful and inclusive team

• Ability to problem solve, quickly learn, and pivot to new solutions and ideas
