  • Review patient charts and make order recommendations for provider review and sign-off

  • Ensure all required labs, authorizations, and clinical prerequisites are complete and up to date prior to infusion

  • Manage medication inventory using Lynx inventory management, including tracking, reconciliation, and compliance documentation

  • Receive, unpack, and properly store medications in accordance with storage and safety requirements

  • Coordinate closely with providers, prior authorization staff, and other clinical team members

  • Maintain infusion room readiness, medication inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and regulatory protocols

  • Respond appropriately to infusion reactions or emergencies per established protocols

Qualifications

  • Excellent IV skills

  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a small, team-based practice

What We Offer

  • Stable daytime schedule (no nights, weekends, or holidays)

  • Supportive, team-oriented environment

  • Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients

  • Competitive compensation based on experience
