Infusion Payment Poster Apply
The objective of the Infusion Payment Poster is responsible for processing and posting incoming payments, reconciling receipts, and adjusting patient accounts. This is a full-time, in-person position at the office located in Burr Ridge, IL.
Schedule: Monday- Friday (in-person)
Specific Duties:
1) Daily batch posting of patient and Insurance payments.
2) Creates insurance and patient payment deposits weekly.
3) Verifies expected reimbursement and adjustment based upon the provided contract list.
4) Submits underpayments and overpayment information to appropriate Collector for follow-up.
5) Researches and resolves missing Explanation of benefits or payments as needed.
6) Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Required
- Experience in medical payment posting practices required
- Experience in Microsoft Suite and Outlook Preferred
- Experience in CPR+ and/or CareTend preferred
- Proof of current vaccinations, including recommended boosters, commonly required for those working with immunocompromised patients, including measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis A & B, influenza, and COVID-19.
