Job Description & Requirements We are looking to hire an Ingredients Logistics & Planning Analyst to join our MGP team in Atchison, KS. The primary function of this role is to cross‑functionally coordinate efforts among all departments to ensure ingredient operations teams produce goods that fill customer demand, manage transportation services to successfully deliver goods, and drive company results in a predictable manner. This role will utilize and develop systemized tools, data analytics, production capacities and various other reporting mechanisms to construct achievable production and logistics plans to deliver products to the customer. Forecast and communicate production & logistics plans with third‑party vendors. Job Requirements Assist in the management of the ingredient division S&OP processes using scheduling tools, while considering plant capacities, raw material availability, sales demand, and inventory levels. Work throughout the organization to maintain and audit data integrity, valid reorder points, process orders, purchase orders, plant capacities and product demand. Align production teams, sales teams, customer care teams and procurement teams with S&OP plans and execution requirements. Provide predictable production capacity forecasts back to Sales and Finance to facilitate revenue and profit modeling. Work with third‑party tolling manufacturers and warehouses to communicate volume and timing of production. Manage outsourced transportation providers for the Ingredients Division, ensuring proper service levels to both external and internal customers. Work closely with the Supply Chain Director on reporting and analytical tasks to ensure all facets of MGP’s logistical functions are meeting expectations and a continuous improvement focus is maintained. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Business Administration or another related field preferred. Three years of supply chain management experience with data analytics. Two years of logistics management experience with data analytics. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, with a focus on advanced Excel.
