Job Title: Injection Molding Processor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Processor to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for starting up machines, optimizing processes, and troubleshooting part quality issues. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Start and optimize injection molding machines and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molds and part quality
• Verify proper machine setup and document updated processes
• Work with Production and Quality teams to reduce scrap, downtime, and waste
• Support company goals in cost reduction, quality improvement, and safety initiatives

Requirements:

• 5 8 years of experience in plastic injection molding
• Strong knowledge of resins, tool design, and molding machines
• Familiarity with IQMS or similar manufacturing software a plus
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
