Our Inside Account Managers are the driving force behind customer relationships and business growth. In this role, you’ll connect with customers, focusing on new business acquisition, re-engaging past clients, and strengthening existing partnerships. You’ll represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm while helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Support branches and outside sales teams to achieve revenue goals
  • Execute the annual sales plan with guidance from your Sales Manager
  • Provide exceptional service through timely communication and proactive follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the CRM system
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and follow-through
  • Participate in company meetings, training, and professional development opportunities

Requirements

    • Excellent communication and active listening skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and email systems
    • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
    • Professional demeanor and commitment to teamwork
    • Prior experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service preferred
