Job TitleImmediate Supervisor: Store ManagerBasic FunctionResponsible for representing the company in developing excellent customer relationships with all existing and potential customers through informative, efficient and friendly service.ResponsibilitiesOther duties may be assigned as needed:Follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, etcDevelop, lead and expand existing accountsProvide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfactionDevelop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteouslyProcess orders in person, on phone or via emailEfficient communication with dispatcher coordinating delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfactionDiscussing features and benefits of products and servicesDetermining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each jobAnswering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely mannerAccepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer accountReordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stockedSkills, Knowledge & AbilitiesAbility to read, write, and speak in EnglishAble to complete basic math and measurement skillsProficient with Microsoft Office products2+ years of Building material knowledge and or experienceDetail orientedTo be self-motivated and have a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and within a team settingCommunication (verbal communication, persuasive impact, listening, written communication)Physical DemandsAbility to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 25 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 25 lbsAbility to stand and sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Manual dexterity.Ability to talk and hear.Monday - Friday 7:00a - 5:00pm Rotational Saturdays 7a-12p **This is not a remote work position**
