Role: Inside Sales/Account Manager

Location: Devens, MA

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and quoting

  • Contact new and existing customers to increase sales

  • Emphasize the technology and services to highlight how they solve customer problems

  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

  • Follow up on quotes sent and keep in contact with customers after delivery

  • Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to facilitate customer satisfaction

  • Maintain contact lists to insure we have the best contact information for all customers

  • Must have the ability to read prints and view electronic drawings to generate quotes.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes

  • Ability to procure vendor pricing for product and services

  • Very good communication skills via phone, email, and face to face customer contact.

  • Must have a customer first mentality and a drive to succeed

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent organizational Time management

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Industry Knowledge and Experience desirable

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills attention to detail
