Inside Sales Apply
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them. Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely documentation of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity of progress within the CRM system. Ensure that every lead, inquiry, and customer request receives prompt attention and appropriate follow up. Provide regular, data driven updates to sales leadership regarding pipeline health, account performance, and growth opportunities. Actively participate in weekly sales meetings, training programs, and strategic planning discussions. Support internal reporting and forecasting efforts related to sales performance, customer engagement, and territory execution.
