Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide information about the products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Efficiently handle inbound calls and electronic communications, providing exceptional service and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to generate new orders and promote products.
  • Build rapport with decision makers, contractors, and administrators to understand needs, generate interest, and close sales.
  • Manage customer and sales questions with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Document customer requests and issues with precision while maintaining active conversation and engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort with outbound calling and engaging new or existing customers.
  • Proficiency with order management systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
