Position Summary:

Modernform Cabinets is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with a strong attention to detail and a foundational understanding of cabinetry. This role is responsible for actively managing existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, offering product knowledge, support, and solutions tailored to their needs.

Candidates should be comfortable working with architectural plans, and have prior experience or familiarity with 2020 Design or ProKitchen software, as well as working knowledge of RTA and custom cabinetry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage a portfolio of existing accounts to drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling through regular communication and needs analysis.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and challenges to position relevant solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Proactively resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Read and interpret architectural plans to support cabinet layout/design decisions.

  • Utilize 2020 Design or ProKitchen software to generate layouts or assist with customer visualizations.

  • Advise on RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) and custom cabinetry solutions based on project scope and customer needs.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer success, or account management experience preferred

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention goals

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills

  • Experience working with HubSpot

  • Experience reading architectural plans

  • Familiarity with 2020 Design or ProKitchen software

  • Prior experience with RTA or custom cabinetry strongly preferred

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player with a client-first mindset
