Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales opportunities and achieving monthly targets through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic communication. This role requires a go-getter attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

        Sales Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, emails, and calls.

        Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, with a focus on understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

        Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products/services.

        Achieve Monthly Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while driving revenue growth.

        Negotiation & Closing: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to closing the deal, including contract negotiations.

        Late Evening Meetings: Be flexible to work outside of standard business hours to accommodate international clients in different time zones.

        Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, refine strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.

        Data Management: Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

        Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written communication. Must be able to engage clients confidently and professionally.

        Go-Getter Attitude: A strong desire to succeed, with a relentless drive to achieve monthly targets.

        LinkedIn Proficiency: Must have an active and well-maintained LinkedIn profile with a proven ability to leverage LinkedIn for sales prospecting.

        Target-Driven: Ability to work towards and consistently achieve sales targets, with a strong focus on results.

        Time Management: Willingness to work flexible hours, including late evening meetings to cater to clients in various time zones.

        No Age Bar: We welcome candidates from all backgrounds with the hunger to perform and grow within the organization.

        Experience (Preferred, but not mandatory): Previous experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.

        Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools like CRM software, email automation tools, and other sales technologies.
