Inside Sales Lowellville, OH ARS Recycling Systems is a global leader in steel abrasive blasting equipment, offering reliable and high-performance systems. We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Inside Sales professional to join our team in Lowellville, OH ! This role will work with existing customers while also developing new business opportunities. What can we offer YOU: PAY: $70,000-$75,000 per year Medical & HSA Dental Vision 401(k) AD&D LTD/STD PTO & Holiday Qualifications: 3+ years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience (manufacturing or equipment industry preferred) Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Results-driven with a proactive and customer-focused mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in business of related field preferred Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and close sales Manage customer interactions and sales activities and sales activities within the CRM system Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support initiatives Provide accurate quotes, product information, and order support to customers Assist in achieving departmental sales goals and performance targets Maintain detailed records and ensure high accuracy in sales documentation Does this sound like the position for you?
