Our CCS inside sales representatives are the tip of the spear in customer service and product knowledge. Our customers rely on their expertise, professionalism and efficiency. The inherent responsibilities of this department give them the ability to represent our company at the personal level. We count on our inside sales team to provide accurate pricing, quantities on hand and expectations and to build high quality customer relationships. Our customers rely on the expertise, professionalism and efficiency of our sales team.

Requirements:

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and requirements and identify solutions to meet those needs
  • Enter customer orders by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents
  • Cultivate knowledge of continuously evolving product information
  • Fulfill orders by transferring orders to warehouse and communicating expected delivery time and any inventory shortages to customers
  • Facilitate accurate order fulfillment by assisting drivers in checking off inventory pulled for delivery prior to transport
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest

Experience and Education

High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of one year experience working in a retail or sales environment. Experience and education may be substituted for one another. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Denali and internet a plus.

Skills, Licensing, and Certifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Proficient in using a computer and learning new programs
