If you like things organized, don't miss details, and can juggle calls, quotes, and orders this could be a great fit.What You'll DoTaking inbound calls, emails, and online requests for parts and suppliesIdentifying the right hoses, fittings, and components for each customer's needEntering orders accurately and following up on quotes and shipmentsAssisting walk-in customers (at certain locations) with professionalism and a smileCoordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries and back-order updatesSupporting sales and service teams with product availability and pricingWhat We're Looking ForAre highly detail-oriented and catch mistakes before they happenHave experience with parts, hoses, equipment, or mechanical systems (preferred but not required)Communicate clearly and follow through on every orderAre comfortable learning systems like Acumatica or HubSpot (we'll train you!)Enjoy helping people and solving small daily challengesWe're a small, growing company where everyone counts.
