* Professionally handling customer phone calls
* Scheduling trucks and coordinating logistics
* Creating and managing Bills of Lading (BOLs)
* Processing customer and vendor invoices
* Collaborating with operations to source needed equipment
* Maintaining proper documentation and filing systems
* Facilitating daily safety meetings
* Converting quotes/reservations to contracts
* Managing contracts
