Inside Sales Representative (High-Performance Role)
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation
This is a high-activity role with strong earning potential for driven, competitive individuals.
$70,000 – $100,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Base salary: $40,000 – $50,000
Commission: 5% on sales (uncapped)
Top performers are expected to exceed $100,000+ annually

About the Role
This is a high-activity, performance-driven inside sales role. You will drive revenue through outbound calls, fast follow-up, and disciplined pipeline management. This role is not for passive candidates. It requires urgency, resilience, and consistent daily execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–120 outbound calls per day
- Respond to inbound leads within 30 minutes
- Generate quotes and follow up consistently
- Maintain accurate, real-time updates in CRM (Zoho)
- Move opportunities through the pipeline daily
- Coordinate with sales support and operations
- Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
- Daily call volume: 80–120
- Same-day follow-up on all leads
- CRM accuracy: 100%
- Quote turnaround: within 24 hours
