POSITION: Inside Sales Representative - Aftermarket GLS
REPORTS TO: Inside Sales Manager
FLSA STATUS: Hourly
The following job functions are not all-inclusive.The employee must perform other job-related tasks/responsibilities the supervisor requests. Job duties may change as required by the needs of the company.
- Complete quote and order entry for assigned products and customers in SAP.
- Business to Business customer service focused on building brand reputation, earning loyalty, and providing an excellent customer experience.
- Through communication with customers, identify service related solutions and route to Service Team for follow-up.
- Complete all required sales and project reporting on time and with accuracy.
- Participate in all internal sales and project meetings and trainings.
- Actively suggest additional materials and service options when applicable to help boost revenue.
- All other responsibilities as assigned by your Direct Report.

- High School Diploma.
- At least five years of proven inside sales experience, bachelor’s degree a plus
- Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
- Advanced written and oral communication skills
- The ability to solve practical problems, understand material flow, and measurements
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, SAP experience a plus.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and discuss detailed engineering drawings.
- Ability to assess application needs and provide solutions with standard products.
- Possess good judgment and decision-making ability.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of people.
- Occasional travel for training and other work related events.

- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
- This position typically operates in an office environment, with potential travel to project sites or client locations as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires constant standing, use of hands and fingers, and eye-hand coordination. This position requires frequent reaching with hands and arms, and occasional sitting, walking, talking, hearing, and turning or bending at the waist. Incumbents must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. Good close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to see colors and adjust focus are required.
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. This position works indoors in a manufacturing (warehouse) environment. Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions including extreme heat, humidity, and cold. This position is occasionally exposed to oil, grease, or dirt, and to the risk of electrical shock. A loud noise level is typical for the work environment of this job.
