Inside Sales Representative Rental Equipment Apply
D2B Groups is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative specializing in Rental Equipment to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inquiries, processing rental orders, and providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless rental experience, from the initial inquiry through to the successful return of equipment.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with customers, understanding their rental needs, and recommending suitable equipment solutions. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that equipment availability and customer satisfaction are prioritized. This position offers a great chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth of our rental equipment division.
Weekly Targets:
- 20-30 phone calls per week to a current customer base in assigned territory to follow up on previous rental sales, new account set up, gather account information and update CRM system with new contact information.
- 60-80 prospecting phone calls per day to new potential customer accounts to introduce yourself, gather account information, schedule appointments, and generate quotes.
Compensation: $20/hour + uncapped commission plan
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, particularly within the rental equipment or construction industry.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
