In your role as a Customer Service and Inside Sales Superstar, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company. Your mission will be to provide outstanding service while addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, emails and text messages from our customers with a SMILE, a sense of urgency, and passion to help!
• Make outbound calls to customers to share our latest services, discounts, and more!
• Schedule appointments through our user-friendly software system.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our software systems.
• Collaborate with your team and other departments to perform special projects.
• Stay up-to-date with company offerings, services, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Work through our Customer Service Career Path and enter the Inside Sales Career Path!

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old. **
• A customer service pro with a positive attitude and passion for PEOPLE!
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is HIGHLY preferred!
• A SALES-ORIENTED person who is not afraid to ask for the sale!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and customer management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time position with various shifts available!
• We offer both daytime and evening hours!
• Competitive pay of $38,000.00 - $50,000+ dependent upon experience!
