What You’ll Do:
- Make Things Happen – Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, texts, and emails to introduce and sell our unique membership packages all from the comfort of a modern office with the latest technology!
- Be Consultative – Understand each customer’s needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Close Deals – Turn conversations into sales with your natural charisma and customer service skills.
- Maintain Excellence – Follow call protocols and deliver top-notch service.
- Crush Your Targets – Exceed sales quotas and KPIs like the rockstar you are.
- Build Rapport – You’re not just rushing callers off the phone – you take time to connect.
- Stay on Top – Use our software to diligently follow up with customers.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old. **
- Must be willing and able to work in our Burnsville office. **
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center and/or inside sales environment is preferred.
- Sales-driven with a positive, resilient attitude!
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills!
- You take pride in your work – and you show up 10 minutes early because you’re awesome like that.
- You’ve got an incredible sense of humor that meshes with our fun-loving team.
- Self-starter? Heck yes. No need for hand-holding here.
- You give and receive feedback with grace – even when it stings. We’re all straight shooters!
Schedule & Compensation:
- Training: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm for the first 3 weeks or longer.
- Full-Time: Tuesday-Saturday, 10:30am-7pm.
