EcoShield Pest Solutions is a rapidly growing company dedicated to protecting families and homes through industry-leading pest control solutions. The company is set to double in size this year by increasing marketing spend to drive lead flow.

This position involves selling pest control services over the phone to new and existing customers. It reports to the Chandler, AZ location and is an on-site role. The role exists to handle inbound sales calls and upsell services to prospects who have inquired online.

• Sell pest control services on the phone to new and existing customers (no cold calling).
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by presenting tailored pest control solutions.
• Handle inbound sales calls and make outbound calls to upsell services or follow up with online inquiries.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred; customer service, sales, or customer retention experience also considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, actively listen, and present solutions.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.

This is an on-site role based in Chandler, AZ. The physical demands include prolonged sitting, frequent use of hands and fingers, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a climate-controlled office environment.
