The people that we are looking for are well-spoken, poised, dynamic and focused, with a vigorous work ethic and enjoy being on the phone. Your primary role will be developing new business as well as maintaining and growing our existing customer base. As our customer base is nationwide, most of the time will be spent on the phone. The selected individual will also be expected to create and identify new markets for the product line. You will also be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing solutions, and meeting sales goals. This individual must be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to think creatively to solve customer problems.Phone sales experience is required and you must have intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft office, be self-motivated with a proven sales record. Car Stereo Installation experience a must & able to work hours-9am to 6pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and qualify potential customers.
• Develop sales strategies to increase customer base.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale.
• Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customer feedback to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Well-spoken with a pleasant phone manner. Intermediate level computer skills to include Microsoft office
Dynamic and focused
Vigorous work ethic
Car Stereo installation experience A MUST
Metra parts knowledge-A MAJOR+
Phone sales experience
Self-motivated
