Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000/year (Base salary + performance-based commissions)
Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST (Potential for 9:00 am – 6:00 pm PST after 12-18 months)
About Us:
Feldman Law Group specializes in estate planning services. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by selling our estate planning services and handling client consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Estate Planning Services: Follow scripts to confidently promote and sell estate planning services, handling objections to close deals.
- Consultations: Conduct initial estate design consultations, assessing client needs and recommending solutions.
- Objection Handling: Overcome client objections using persuasive communication.
- Sales Process: Follow established sales scripts and processes, managing leads and client interactions in CRM software.
- Meet Targets: Consistently achieve sales quotas and contribute to firm growth.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years B2C Sales Experience: Preferably in high-pressure environments (e.g., timeshares, car sales).
- Sales Expertise: Comfortable using persuasive sales tactics and handling objections.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to deliver scripts naturally and speak extemporaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM software for lead management.
- Location: Must be based in Pacific Time Zone.
