Position: Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representatives to join our on-site team in Eatontown, NJ. This full-time role focuses on engaging prospective and existing customers through phone and email, building relationships, and closing sales using company-provided warm leads — no cold calling required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach using provided leads
• Present and explain CPS service plans to prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Close sales and consistently achieve monthly performance targets

• Ability to build rapport and effectively handle objections

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is a plus
