Salary: $40,000 base salary, with the potential to earn $80,000–$90,000+ annually with bonuses
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, weekends as needed (1-2 consultations)
Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is a woman-owned, AV-rated law firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL, looking for an Inside Sales / Client Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Seek new business opportunities in designated areas to expand our client base.
- Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads quickly and arrange appointments to ensure an exceptional client service experience.
- Sales Pipeline: Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert them into qualified leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Building: Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and referral sources to foster business growth.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all sales interactions in CRM software, tracking leads, and maintaining up-to-date client records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and leadership to ensure clients receive the best possible initial consultation and legal guidance.
- Follow-up: Perform regular follow-up calls and emails with potential clients to ensure continued engagement and to address any questions.
- Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Communication: Superb verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent time management.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to persuade and build rapport with prospective clients.
- CRM Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM software for managing leads and client interactions.
- Travel: Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car.
- Availability: Willingness to work weekends (1-2 consultations) as needed.
- Base Salary: $40,000 annually, with bonus opportunities based on sales performance, allowing total earnings of $80,000–$90,000+ annually.
