Position Objective:
Provide customer service and assistance to customers, outside sales, and operations teams. The position will report to the Branch Manager.

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour DOE

Requirements

  • Answer incoming phone calls, disburse messages, and manage email flow.
  • Trouble shoot pump application issues.
  • Size pumping applications.
  • Research and find obsolete or unique pump parts.
  • Understand multiple product lines.
  • Process Warranties and Return Goods Authorization’s.
  • Submit sales orders and production tickets.
  • Understand the ERP application at an intermediate level.
  • Perform customer service functions.
  • Enter direct ship orders and Purchase Orders.
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor.

Essential Functions

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
  • Experience in agricultural, residential, or industrial pumping is preferred.
  • Experience with rotating equipment, liquid pumps, and motors preferred.
  • Ability to remain at a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Ability to Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Experience with enterprise applications to include CRM and ERP solutions.

  • Safety conscious.
  • Able to follow instructions.
  • Read and write in English.

Education Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
