Intelli-Tech is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help assist our growing sales team in La Verne, CA. If you’re someone who pays attention to the details, likes working with many different people each day, and are looking for an opportunity to grow, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will bring excitement and collaboration to the team, sparking new ideas and fostering a sense of excitement for the future of the company. Description Support Account Executives by providing excellent customer service to IT customers from different industries Generate quotes, sales orders, return forms, service forms, and other documentation as requested Strategically seek out best pricing from distribution partners Develop relationships with clients by taking phone calls, responding to emails, and having a proactive approach each day you come to work Handle all emails and internal documentation with a high level of detail Reach out to prospective customers when time allows Manage the return process for your customers when necessary Make educated IT solution recommendations for unique business cases presented to you by our customers Study and remain educated on the latest trends within the tech industry Attend and engage in all team meetings and trainings Regularly provide thoughtful feedback to management, and welcome constructive feedback to further develop your abilities and leadership potential Act as a team player, assisting coworkers even when not personally benefiting from your efforts Requirements 1-2 years of relevant sales or executive assistant experience Proven track record of outstanding customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM Position Title Full-Time or Part-Time Full-Time Exempt or Non-Exempt Exempt Location EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
