Overview


We are looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to support customers across Canada and the Northeast U.S. This role is critical to driving commercial growth while ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams to manage accounts, support order execution, and identify new business opportunities—all in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


What You’ll Do


Drive Sales & Build Relationships

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach and market research
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through proactive communication
  • Re-engage inactive customers and uncover new revenue opportunities
  • Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies

Create Quotes & Close Opportunities

  • Prepare and deliver pricing, quotations, and commercial proposals
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support pricing strategies and customer-specific programs

Manage Orders & Customer Experience

  • Oversee the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams
  • Provide updates on order status, shipments, and timelines
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process

Support Business Growth

  • Promote available and slow-moving inventory
  • Provide insights on customer needs and market trends
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting


What We’re Looking For


Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred

  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
  • Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (a plus, not required)
