Inside Sales Representative Law Firm Apply
Location: Remote (Firm is in California)
Position: Non-Attorney Salesperson
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Pacific Time)
Compensation Package: $2,000/month + Bonuses | $500/month salary increase after 90 days.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients via Zoom to assess their needs and introduce our legal services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and past clients, effectively following up to secure new business.
• Utilize your sales expertise to educate clients on the benefits of our firm’s services, tailoring your approach to each individual’s unique situation.
• Accurately maintain and update client records using our CRM software, ensuring all interactions are documented and accessible.
• Manage your time effectively to meet or exceed sales targets, prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with our legal team to ensure a seamless client experience, providing valuable insights from your sales interactions.
• Adhere to all firm policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance in every client interaction.
• Perform additional sales-related tasks as needed to support the firm’s goals
Job Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in high-ticket services ranging from $8,500 to $100,000.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and show empathy, particularly in client-facing roles.
• Experience selling services, ideally within a legal or client-service setting.
• Native or fluent proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency with Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.
• Experience with CRM software and a strong understanding of technology.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
