About the Role: As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind building and nurturing our client relationships, transforming client goals into tailored solutions that meet both short-term and long-term needs. You’ll play an essential role in Holland’s success by ensuring clients receive top-quality service and support, fostering lasting partnerships, and fueling our company’s growth. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, you’ll directly contribute to expanding our client base and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Build and Grow Client Relationships: Cultivate relationships with both new and returning clients, understanding their specific goals, challenges, and needs. Maintain and grow accounts by consistently providing value and identifying additional opportunities for service expansion. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction and uncover new ways to support them. Develop and Present Solutions: Prepare, deliver, and follow up on customized sales proposals, tailoring solutions to align with client expectations. Ensure all client agreements meet established contract standards and that all contractual obligations are delivered. Proactively Identify Opportunities: Stay ahead of client needs by offering preventative, reactive, and proactive services. Conduct field prospecting and networking, expanding Holland’s visibility and bringing in new business through sales tactics such as targeted meetings and client outreach. Manage Client Onboarding and Documentation: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients by gathering and processing all required documentation. Collaborate with the Office Manager to set up new client accounts, ensuring all relevant details are documented and accessible. Who You’ll Work With: Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of team members—including Field Technicians, Superintendents, and Office Managers—to meet client needs. You’ll coordinate communication within the branch and act as the central point of contact for both internal teams and clients, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Success Metrics: Success in this role is measured by your ability to grow accounts, meet revenue targets, and maintain strong client satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be reviewed monthly in collaboration with the Director of Sales to ensure alignment on goals. KPIs include revenue growth, client retention, and timely project completion. Ongoing Support and Development: Monthly Book of Business Meetings: Each month, you’ll meet with the Director of Sales to review your accounts, discuss growth strategies, and evaluate KPIs. These meetings will focus on your professional growth and identifying any new branch-specific opportunities. Proposals, Bids, and Special Projects: When clients request specific services or quotes, you’ll be responsible for analyzing their needs, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the Production General Manager to ensure project details are well-defined and timely. Direct Response to Client Needs: Address client service requests, ensuring they are promptly addressed and dispatched to the right team members. You’ll also manage any urgent requests directly, coordinating with upper management as necessary. Path for Growth and Development: This role offers substantial growth potential. High performers in this position may transition to larger accounts, with the potential to manage high-impact National Accounts.
