Blower Division Sales And Customer Support RepresentativeThis position would maintain and grow the blower division's customer support and sales. Additionally, assist in the re-engagement of potentially lost customers.The desired candidate would be responsible for facilitating inside sales/customer support with day-to-day operations. Services would include, but are not limited to:Receiving calls/e-mails from customersResearching and quoting customers on parts and or servicesOrdering partsManaging sale price and GPCommunicating receipt of parts to customersAssist in the inventory maintenance of service partsAssist in the accuracy and timely billing of parts serviceCustomer retention and engagementAssisting in generating leads for service and sales(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)Competencies:Good written and verbal communication skillsBasic math and mechanical aptitudeDetail-orientedSelf-motivatedKnowledge of Excel and QuickBooks is a plus, but not necessaryBackground in customer servicePosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position.
