We are the largest JCB dealer in the country and we're looking for a motivated individual to make us even bigger!The responsibilities and qualifications for the position consist of, but are not limited to:Engage with customers through effective communication by making outbound calls to potential customersMaintain current customer relationships by communicating with them consistentlyDevelop a social media presence for both the branch and yourselfStay updated on product and service offerings to ensure accurate information deliveryDevelop and maintain a comprehensive database of current and prospective customersDemonstrate the features and benefits of our products to customersUnderstand our finance programs to remain competitive in the marketResearch and qualify new leads to enhance your sales pipeline, aiming to close sales and meet or exceed sales targetsParticipate in ongoing training and development programs to sharpen your skillsMaintain the equipment displays and showroom displaysAct as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.Qualifications:Strong customer orientation able to work with customers to understand their needs and overcome obstaclesSelf-motivated take ownership for your territoryProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and CRM software.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to make 50+ outbound cold calls a dayExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multitaskExcellent phone and cold calling skillsExceptional customer service skillsExcellent time management skills and organizational skillsMust have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.Mechanical knowledge and experience within the industry are a plus but not required.
