Position Objective:
Provide customer service and assistance to customers, outside sales, and operations teams. The position will report to the Branch Manager.
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour DOE
Requirements
- Answer incoming phone calls, disburse messages, and manage email flow.
- Trouble shoot pump application issues.
- Size pumping applications.
- Research and find obsolete or unique pump parts.
- Understand multiple product lines.
- Process Warranties and Return Goods Authorization’s.
- Submit sales orders and production tickets.
- Understand the ERP application at an intermediate level.
- Perform customer service functions.
- Enter direct ship orders and Purchase Orders.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
Essential Functions
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Experience in agricultural, residential, or industrial pumping is preferred.
- Experience with rotating equipment, liquid pumps, and motors preferred.
- Ability to remain at a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Ability to Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Experience with enterprise applications to include CRM and ERP solutions.

Education Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
